At the age of 70, lyricist and poet Dr. Rahat Indori succumbed to cardiorespiratory arrest after testing positive for COVID-19. Earlier this year, Dr Indori’s famous words ‘Kisi ke baap ka Hindustan thodi hai’ became the rallying cry of anti-CAA protests in India. Manpreet Sahota pays tribute to this exemplary Urdu poet.
