Toronto Police have arrested two Brampton men after a drug trafficking investigation in Peel Region. Officers executed Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrants at two addresses on November 25, 2025.
According to investigators, members of the Drug Squad, assisted by the Emergency Task Force, identified a male suspected of trafficking drugs from a residence in the region. During the execution of the warrants, officers seized two loaded handguns along with significant quantities of cocaine, Xanax, heroin, crystal methamphetamine, opium, psilocybin, and oxycontin. A cocaine press, scales, and other proceeds of crime were also recovered. Police have released an image of the seized firearms.
As a result, Ishpaul Biryah, 23, of Brampton, was arrested and faces a long list of charges, including multiple firearm offences, careless storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm with an altered serial number, and several counts of possessing Schedule I, III, and IV substances for the purpose of trafficking.
Dilpreet Sekhon, 30, of Brampton, was also arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking a Schedule I substance, along with possession of proceeds of crime not exceeding $5,000.
Both men were scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on November 26, 2025
Police continue to search for Gurjit Gill, 29, of Brampton, who remains outstanding and is wanted on numerous firearm-related charges, drug trafficking offences, dangerous operation, and possession of proceeds of crime. He is described as 5’8”, 119 lbs., with a thin build, straight black hair, and brown eyes.
