Toronto Police Service is looking for two more suspects in connection with the murder of a 18-year-old man last November. These two persons are now wanted on Canada-wide warrants.
Police said that in November 2025 they received a report of a shooting on November 25, 2025, at around 4:45 a.m., in the area of King Street West and Spadina Avenue. Police stated that a group of males approached the accused and fired shots at him, which struck the accused. The accused then discharged a firearm, as a result of which one of the males from the group was shot.
The accused was transported to hospital, where his injuries were described as non-life-threatening. Some time later, the injured man from the group was dropped off at a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police identified the victim as 18-year-old Toronto resident Dylan Adams.
Following this, in November, police announced the arrest of 27-year-old Toronto resident Frandy Noel and charged him with second-degree murder. On December 2, 2025, several additional firearm-related charges were also laid against him.
Police have now identified two more suspects in this investigation: Wissem Mohamed Rehayem, 30, of Montreal, is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for: Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm in a Vehicle, Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order, Accessory After the Fact to Discharge Firearm Being Reckless to Life and Steven Brice Pierre, 26, of Montreal, is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for: Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm in a Vehicle, Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order, Accessory After the Fact to Discharge Firearm Being Reckless to Life.
Police have released images of both wanted parties. Both men are believed to have ties to both Toronto and Montreal. These men should be considered armed and dangerous. If located, do not approach, and call 9-1-1 immediately. This was Toronto’s 37th Homicide of 2025.
