Toronto Police seek suspect in armed robbery investigation

Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a robbery investigation in the city’s west end. 

Officers say the incident happened on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at around 1 p.m., in the area of Claremount Street and Queen Street West. Police were called to the area following a report of a person with a gun. 

According to investigators, the suspect approached the victim, pointed a firearm, and stole personal property before fleeing the scene. The suspect was last seen running northbound on Manning Avenue. 

The suspect is described as a male between 20 and 25 years old, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing all black clothing. 

Toronto police have released images of the suspect and are asking anyone who may recognize him or have information about the incident to come forward.
