The Toronto Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a sexual assault that occurred on a TTC bus earlier this week.
According to police, the incident took place on Monday, July 28, 2025, at approximately 5:38 p.m. Officers responded to a call in the area of Cummer Avenue and Craigmont Drive. Investigators say the victim was riding a bus when a man approached them from behind and sexually assaulted them. The suspect then exited the bus near the intersection of Cummer Avenue and Craigmont Drive.
The suspect is described as a man between 25 and 35 years old, around 6’0” tall, with a thin build and short brown hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a maroon-coloured shirt and blue shorts.
