The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a break-and-enter investigation.
On Friday, August 1, 2025, at approximately 3:56 p.m., police responded to a report of a break-and-enter that had just occurred in the Woodbine Avenue and Queen Street East area.
It is alleged that a man and woman gained entry to a condominium building by following a resident inside. Once inside, the suspects entered a unit while the occupants were away. When the victim returned home, they found both suspects inside the residence. The pair fled the scene, taking property belonging to the victims.
The first suspect is described as a man, approximately 6’0” tall, 30–35 years old, with an average build, dark hair, and a black beard. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, dark shorts, a baseball cap, and white running shoes.
The second suspect is described as a woman, approximately 5’8” tall, 30–35 years old, with an average build and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a beige crewneck sweater, black leggings, and black running shoes.
