Toronto Police Service has made an arrest following a sexual assault investigation.
According to police, a victim attended a massage clinic on Friday, July 25, 2025, in the area of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Thirty Third Street. While receiving a massage, the victim was allegedly sexually assaulted.
On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, officers arrested David Ludwig, 66, of Toronto, and charged him with Sexual Assault. He is scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-2200, or reach out anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
