Toronto Police have arrested a 61-year-old dentist following allegations that he sexually assaulted two women during dental treatments at a clinic in the Jane Street and Steeles Avenue West area.
According to police, the first incident occurred on Monday, November 17, 2025, when a 34-year-old woman was receiving treatment at the clinic. It is alleged that during the appointment, the dentist sexually assaulted her. A second incident was later reported involving a 29-year-old woman, who was also being treated at the same dental office on Thursday, November 20, 2025, when she was allegedly sexually assaulted.
On Sunday, November 23, 2025, officers arrested William Gutierrez, of Toronto. Gutierrez, who is 61 years old, has been charged with two counts of Sexual Assault. Police confirmed the incidents took place at the Smiles on Steeles Dentist Clinic.
Gutierrez is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on January 6, 2025
