Authorities from the Fraud Bureau are requesting public assistance in an ongoing investigation involving a Brampton-based lawyer. Officials are urging anyone with personal experience or knowledge related to the lawyer’s alleged fraudulent activities to come forward.

Between July and August 2025, the Fraud Bureau received multiple complaints alleging that Pawanjeet Mann, a lawyer operating in Brampton, misused his trust account to commit fraud. So far, the total financial loss reported by victims has exceeded $3 million.

Mr. Mann was practicing under the name PJ Mann Law, with his office located at 214-5 Brisdale Drive, Brampton, Ontario. The Law Society of Ontario has since revoked his license, meaning he is no longer authorized to practice law in Canada.

A criminal investigation is now officially underway. Police are asking anyone who may have experienced or witnessed fraudulent activity or financial misconduct involving Mr. Mann to contact the Fraud Bureau immediately.
