Police search for suspects after Brampton shooting

Brampton, ON – Peel Regional Police are asking for the public’s help after gunfire rang out in a Brampton neighbourhood earlier this week. 

The incident happened around 3 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, near Larkspur Road and Maidengrass Road. While no injuries were reported, an unoccupied vehicle was struck by bullets. 

Investigators believe the suspects fled the scene in a white, newer-model Honda CR-V with Ontario licence plate CKTT 938. The vehicle was last seen heading eastbound on Larkspur Road and remains outstanding. 

Police are urging nearby residents, motorists, and business owners to review any surveillance or dashcam footage captured between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. in the area. 

Authorities warn that the occupants of the suspect vehicle are considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone who spots the vehicle is asked to call 911 immediately.
