The City of Mississauga passed a motion presented by Councillor Dipika Damerla seeking council support for Bill 39. The Bill is related to amendments to Ontario’s Cannabis Control Act and wishes to introduce more rights for municipalities so that they can make decisions on locations and limits of cannabis retail in the city.
