With support from our listeners, RED FM is organizing fundraiser radiothon to help families devastated by the catastrophic floods in Punjab, India. With over 1,300 villages submerged and thousands displaced, urgent help is needed now.
The beneficiary of this radiothon is Surrey based not-for-profit organization SAF International (Sikhi Awareness Foundation) which has operations in Punjab.
SAF International will use the funds raised towards a three-phase relief strategy, including emergency response, rehabilitation, long-term rebuilding support and other related humanitarian needs as identified during the course of recovery efforts.

This radiothon will be held in Toronto on Friday September 5, 2025, from 8 AM to 8PM.
RED FM will designate 100% of the donations to SAF International (Sikhi Awareness Foundation).

Donor information and Tax Receipts:
RED FM does not retain any portion of the funds collected. 100% of the funds raised during the radiothon will go directly to SAF International’s Punjab Flood Relief Fund.
Donor information collected during the radiothon will be provided to and retained by SAF International for processing donations and issuing tax receipts. SAF International may use the information provided during the radiothon to send you “thank you” letters or to contact you for future donations and support.
