York Regional Police have arrested four suspects in connection with a series of residential break-ins across Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill.
The investigation began in October 2025 after a break and enter in Vaughan. Police identified four suspects allegedly using a white Toyota RAV4 and later linked them to multiple incidents across the region. The arrests were made on January 23, 2026.
Officers recovered numerous stolen items and have released photos of unclaimed property online. Residents who experienced a break-in between October 2025 and January 2026 are encouraged to review the images and contact police if they recognize any belongings. Police say there will be a process to verify ownership before collecting items.
The investigation is ongoing, and more charges are expected. Anyone with information is asked to contact York Regional Police or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
