Home invasion in Milton leaves woman injured, police seek video evidence

Halton Regional Police Service is asking for the public’s help as investigators search for multiple suspects involved in a violent home invasion early Wednesday morning. 

Police report that the incident occurred at approximately 2:45 a.m. on March 18, 2026, in a residential neighbourhood near Rose Way and Wellwood Terrace. 

According to investigators, approximately five male suspects wearing face coverings forcibly entered a residence through the front door. Once inside, they confronted an adult female occupant and demanded cash and valuables. The suspects allegedly fled the scene with money and items of designer clothing. 

During the incident, the victim was physically assaulted and sustained minor injuries. 

Authorities confirmed that no weapons were observed, and investigators do not believe there is an ongoing threat to public safety. 

Officers are actively working to identify the suspects and determine whether a vehicle was used during the commission of the offence. Police are urging residents in the surrounding area to review any available home security or dash camera footage recorded at the time of the incident.
