Officers from the Peel Regional Police responded to a hotel near Hurontario Street and Derry Road at about 3:30 a.m. on March 7 after an adult male was allegedly robbed at gunpoint by three suspects. The suspects fled the scene, and the victim suffered minor injuries.

Investigators later executed a search warrant at the hotel, where a firearm was recovered.
