Toronto police are investigating a collision after a man is left with life-threatening injuries following an incident in a parking lot in downtown Toronto on Tuesday evening.
The Toronto Police Service says officers responded to a personal injury collision around 5:04 p.m. on March 10, 2026, near Shuter Street and Seaton Street.
Investigators say a 57-year-old man was driving a Hyundai Sonata in a parking lot in the area when he attempted to park the vehicle. During this, the driver reportedly lost control of the car.
Police say the man was ejected from the vehicle and was pinned between two cars as a result of the incident. He was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation by officers with Traffic Services.
Police are asking residents, businesses and drivers in the area who may have security camera or dash-camera footage of the incident to contact investigators.
