Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with an alleged indecent act in Mississauga.
In a news release on Sunday, Peel Regional Police said the incident was reported in January, when a victim contacted authorities to report that an unidentified man entered a retail store and allegedly exposed himself in front of her.
The incident occurred in the area of Burnhamthorpe Road West and Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga. Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are appealing to the public for help in identifying the suspect.
Police say CCTV footage revealed that the suspect allegedly exposed himselt to several unsuspecting females who were shopping in the store. When confronted by an employee, the suspect fled the area in an older-model blue Honda Civic.
The suspect is described as a Black male with a medium build, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with dark brown eyes and a full dark beard. Police have released images of the suspect and the suspect vehicle.
