An overnight stabbing incident on a northbound GO Train near Weston GO Station has left a victim seriously injured. Police are now searching for a suspect in connection with the attack.
One man was injured in the incident, which took place at approximately 12:49 a.m. near Weston GO Station, located in the area of Lawrence Avenue West and Weston Road.
Officers located an adult male suffering from stab wounds. His injuries were described as non-life-threatening, and he was transported to hospital for treatment.
Police say they are looking for a suspect believed to be an indigenous male. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black hoodie, blue jeans, and black running shoes.
