York Regional Police are looking for two suspects following a robbery at a pharmacy in Markham. The police have released photos of the suspects and the suspect vehicle and police are asking the public for help in identifying them.
According to information released by police, on January 19, 2026, around 6:10 PM, two men allegedly committed a robbery at a pharmacy in the area of McCowan Road and Denison Street. They were armed with at least one firearm. They confronted the employees and allegedly stole cash and narcotics and then fled in a red, four-door sedan. The suspects were last seen on McCowan Road. No injuries were reported.
Police have describer both suspects as males with thin build, approximately 6 feet tall. One suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black track pants, black shoes, black gloves, and a black balaclava. He was carrying a black firearm and a grey duffel bag with an orange interior. Other suspect was wearing a black jacket with chest pockets and metallic buttons, black balaclava, black pants, grey running shoes, and black gloves with white fingertips.
