Six people are facing multiple charges after police seized 102 kilograms of cocaine, a loaded firearm and more than $135,000 in cash following a three-month, multi-jurisdictional drug trafficking investigation.
York Regional Police say the probe began in October 2025 and involved officers from several agencies, including the Ontario Provincial Police, South Simcoe Police, Barrie Police, Toronto Police, Durham Regional Police and Correctional Service Canada.
Between October and December, investigators executed nine search warrants at four residences and five storage lockers across Toronto, Vaughan and Barrie, as well as in the towns of Espanola and Innisfil. An additional warrant was carried out at the Beaver Creek Institution in Gravenhurst.
As a result of the investigation, police laid multiple charges against six individuals, including :
Sherrie Donovan, 40, of Espanola; William Donovan, 29, of Toronto; Kevin Forde, 36, of Barrie; Solange Khan, 35, of Barrie; Doniele Elie, 33, of no fixed address; and John Novak, 67, of Espanola.

Police say the investigation resulted in the seizure of a significant quantity of cocaine, a loaded firearm and cash believed to be proceeds of crime.
