Registered massage therapist arrested after alleged sexual assault at Burlington spa

Halton Regional Police have arrested and charged a registered massage therapist in connection with an alleged sexual assault at a Burlington spa and are warning the public that there may be additional victims. 

Police say the accused was working at Be Pampered Spa, located at 700 Guelph Line, when an adult woman was sexually assaulted during a massage appointment. Officers were contacted shortly after the incident was reported

On December 15, 2025, Li Ming Qu, 69, of Toronto, who also goes by the name “Leslie” was arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault. Qu was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton. 

Investigators say Qu is also employed at another Be Pampered Spa location in Burlington, raising concerns that other clients may have been affected. Police believe there may be additional victims and have released a photo of the accused as part of the investigation.
