Peel Regional Police have arrested three men from Caledon in connection with a tow-truck-related shooting in Brampton and are continuing to search for one remaining suspect.
Police say the incident occurred on Oct. 7, 2025, at approximately 10:45 p.m., in a parking lot near McVean Drive and Castlemore Road. Investigators allege an altercation broke out between two separate groups, during which firearms were discharged. One person sustained minor physical injuries.
After a lengthy investigation, officers identified three individuals linked to one of the involved groups. On Nov. 20, police executed a search warrant at a Caledon residence, leading to the arrests of Manjot Bhatti (26), Navjot Bhatti (27) and Amanjot Bhatti (22).
Manjot Bhatti (26) is charged with:
Intentionally discharging a firearm recklessly
Possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
Careless storage of a firearm
Carrying a concealed weapon
Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
Occupant of a motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm
He was initially held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton and has since been released on bail.
Navjot Bhatti (27) and Amanjot Bhatti (22) are each charged with occupant of a motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm.
Both were released on an undertaking with conditions and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
Investigators are continuing to identify members of the other group involved, including an outstanding suspect believed to have discharged a firearm, as shown in a photo released by police. The suspect is described as a South Asian male, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and white running shoes.

Police say the investigation remains ongoing.
