Peel police have arrested a Brampton man following an investigation into a disturbing pattern of indecent acts reported at several medical clinics across Mississauga.
According to the 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau, the incidents occurred over the course of several months in 2025. Investigators allege the accused repeatedly visited clinics where he exposed himself to female staff. Police further say he pretended to suffer from medical issues in an effort to convince female physicians to touch him inappropriately, and in some cases used the alias “Akashdeep Singh.”
On December 4, officers arrested 38 year old Vaibhav Vaibhav of Brampton. He was taken into custody and is awaiting a bail hearing. He faces multiple charges including, Indecent act in a public place, Identity fraud with intent to gain advantage, Possession of an identity document and Identity theft.
Police has released an image of the person. Police believes additional victims or incidents may exist and have not yet been reported.
