A 25-year-old man was killed in a shooting incident that took place in a shopping mall parking lot in Brampton on Monday night. Police believe it to be a targeted attack. Officers from Peel Regional Police were called to the area of Hurontario Street and Bartley Bull Parkway shortly after 7 p.m. on Monday after reports of a shooting. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the nearby Shoppers World mall.
Police said a 25-year-old man was found unresponsive inside a vehicle. Life-saving measures were used, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect or suspects are believed to have fled the area quickly after the shooting and no suspect descriptions have been released by the police.
