Eight men charged in undercover operation targeting demand for sexual services

Eight men are facing charges following an undercover operation led by the London Police Service Human Trafficking Unit, with support from the Ontario Provincial Police’s Intelligence-Led Joint Forces Strategy (OPP-IJFS). 

Police say the two-day operation, conducted between October 28 and 29, 2025, took place through an online platform where undercover officers posed as individuals offering sexual services. Investigators allege the men believed they were communicating with a person under the age of 18. 

As a result, the following individuals were arrested and charged with communication for the purpose of obtaining sexual services from a person under 18: 

  • Sukhwant Sing, 22, of London 
  • Sayed Bilal Sadat, 31, of London 
  • Jarnail Singh, 34, of Woodstock 
  • Sami Tawil, 27, of London 
  • Mohit Dineshbhai Kanani, 31, of London 
  • Pujan Raut, 31, of London 
  • Ibrahim Abdalmalek, 27, of London 
  • Omar Attar, 26, of London 

All eight accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear in London court between November 27 and December 11, 2025.
