A suspected Montreal gang member has been named Canada’s most wanted fugitive in the latest update of the Bolo Program’s Top 25 list, unveiled Wednesday in Vancouver.

Bryan Fuentes Gramajo, believed to be a member of the Zone 43 gang with ties to Ontario and British Columbia, is wanted for the July 17, 2025 murder of Kashif Jamal Bentley-Jean outside Toronto’s Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Police are offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Toronto Police Chief Superintendent Joe Matthews described Fuentes Gramajo as an individual who poses “a serious threat to any person, anywhere,” adding that those on the list represent Canada’s most dangerous fugitives.

Other Toronto-area suspects on the Top 25 Most Wanted list include Tamah McLean, Dellano Robertson-Berry, Adrian Walker, Christian Cuxum, and Kiarash Parzham. All are wanted in connection with charges of murder or attempted murder.

Since its inception in 2018, the Bolo Program, launched by the Stephan Crétier Foundation, has helped police secure arrests in 14 of 25 Toronto cases featured in its campaigns.
