Your local fire department, in partnership with the Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council is asking for your support and participation in the Holiday Fire & CO Safety campaign.
Your participation would include:
- Offering a contest to your listening audience where your announcer will read one fire or CO safety tip each day, for 12 days leading up to Christmas. Later in the day, listeners can be invited to call the station to repeat the safety tip and win a prize package. All prize packages will be provided free of charge.
- Launching the campaign on Thursday, December 12th and airing one safety tip each day until Monday, December 23rd.
Prize Packages
Each prize package has a retail value of over $95.00.
Prize Package includes:
- Kidde smoke alarm with a 10-year battery
- Plug-in Kidde carbon monoxide alarm with battery back-up
- Oven mitt, basting brush, notepad and key chain featuring fire and CO safety messages
- Kidde “Cause for Alarm” booklet featuring fire and CO safety information and activities
